Saddleworth is the group of Pennine villages on the eastern side of the Borough of Oldham, bordered by Tameside to the south and West Yorkshire to the east. We cover all of them, from Uppermill, Greenfield and Dobcross to Delph, Diggle and Denshaw, for airport transfers and local journeys. Saddleworth was part of Yorkshire until 1974, and its villages are home to the Whit Friday brass band contests.
Depending on which village you are in, your driver will either come down the valley through Mossley to Ashton-under-Lyne or cut across through Oldham on the A62 to reach the M60. The M60 then takes you south past Stockport to the M56, which you leave at junction 5 for the terminals.
Typical journey time: around 40 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic and the time of day.
We track your flight on the way back too, so your driver is there when you land. Read more about our Manchester Airport taxi service.
We collect from homes, hotels and workplaces across the Saddleworth villages, including:
We can also meet you at Greenfield station, the only railway station still open in Saddleworth.
Not just airport runs: we take local and longer bookings too, including trips to:
