Luggage Guidance for Group Transfers
For groups, luggage often decides the vehicle. The minibus takes up to 8 large suitcases (check-in size) and 6 small bags (cabin size). Our terms ask you to book a vehicle that suits your passengers and luggage, as we can’t guarantee to carry excessive amounts.
- Eight people with one large case each and six small bags between them fit. Two large cases each do not.
- Golf bags, ski bags, bike boxes and pushchairs: list them in the booking notes or call us first.

Splitting the Fare Between the Group

Manchester Airport has two terminals, T2 and T3. Terminal 1 closed in November 2025 and its facilities became part of T3 in March 2026, so check your terminal if an old booking says T1.
