With meet and greet, your driver comes into the terminal and waits in the arrivals hall with your name on a board, so there’s no pickup point to find after a long flight.

How Meet and Greet Works, Step by Step

  1. Book with your flight details. In the quote form, choose Manchester Airport (MAN) from the list as your pickup. The booking form then asks for your flight number and where you’re flying in from, and offers meet and greet as an option, with the price shown before you pay.
  2. We track your flight. If it lands early or late, the pickup moves with the actual landing time.
  3. Land and switch your phone on. Go through passport control, collect your bags and walk through customs.
  4. Look for your name. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a name board.
  5. Can’t see them? Call 07918 788045 (+44 7918 788045 from a non-UK phone) and the team will put you in touch.
  6. Walk to the vehicle together. Your driver helps with the luggage and takes you straight to your address.

Terminal 2

The airport’s main terminal, handling around three quarters of all passengers. Airlines including easyJet and Emirates moved here from Terminal 1 in late 2025.

Terminal 3

Terminal 1 closed in November 2025 and its remaining facilities became part of Terminal 3 in March 2026. If an older booking says Terminal 1, check with your airline and tell us your terminal.

Free Waiting, Delays and Passport Queues

Every airport pickup includes 60 minutes of free waiting from the moment your flight lands. That hour covers passport control and baggage reclaim, so on a busy evening it can go quickly. After 60 minutes, waiting is charged at £20 per hour, payable in cash to the driver.

If you’re held up, call or WhatsApp 07918 788045 so the driver knows you’re on your way. Our terms say that if the driver has had no contact from you 60 minutes after landing, the booking can be treated as a no-show, so keep your phone on.

Once a driver accepts your booking, you receive their details by email. On the day of your arrival, the number to call is 07918 788045, which is also our WhatsApp number. From a phone registered outside the UK, dial +44 7918 788045.

Meet and Greet for Groups and Families

Groups
Book under the lead passenger’s name and mobile number, so there’s one board and one person for the driver to contact. If the group comes through arrivals in stages, gather at the name board before heading to the vehicle. Groups of five to eight can travel together in our 8 seater minibus.

Families
Add child seats when you book, at £10 per seat, and mention pushchairs in the notes. Collecting bags with children in tow takes time, which is what the free waiting is for.

Collecting someone else
Meeting relatives or guests off a flight? Put their name and mobile number on the booking so the driver can greet them by name and call them directly if needed.
