Audenshaw is a Tameside town about five miles east of Manchester city centre, between Droylsden, Denton and Ashton-under-Lyne. Airport Trips is based in Audenshaw, and we cover the whole town, from Guide Bridge to the Ashton Moss side, for airport transfers and local journeys. The three Audenshaw Reservoirs were built by Manchester Corporation between 1877 and 1882, and one was partly filled in during the 1990s to make way for the M60.
With the M60 running right past the town, your driver is on the motorway within minutes and heads south through Denton and Stockport to the M56, leaving at junction 5 for the terminals.
Typical journey time: around 20 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic and the time of day.
We track your flight on the way back too, so your driver is there when you land. Read more about our Manchester Airport taxi service.
We collect from homes, hotels and workplaces across Audenshaw and the surrounding area, including:
We can also meet you at Guide Bridge station or at the Audenshaw or Ashton Moss Metrolink stop.
Not just airport runs: we take local and longer bookings too, including trips to:
